I finally finished it

I'll be honest, I did not see myself having this finished yet. I've been really motivated though by the encouragement from all of you, so thank you so much.

Once this has gone up everywhere, I'm going to be adding a Commissions page to my blog so keep an eye out for that.

I'm also going to be making a post about my situation. I've been vocal about some of it but I think I need to pull it all together.

So I finished the dragon painting.

I think anyway. I hope it’s good enough to call finished.

I am honestly so scared to upload the final piece. Never did I think something like this would be within my reach. It’s still not where I want to aim for by any stretch. This just feels like a big step.

Its going up tomorrow. Alongside uploads to Redbubble, tumblr, Twitter, and Kofi.

Oooh, I just started a book in which one of the characters has more than one set of pronouns and the main character (who is their love interest) actually uses both sets. This is so cool and I haven’t experienced it before in fiction!!!

Finally managed to get some more progress on this. Hoping to have it finished by the end of the week. What do you guys think so far?

Wow okay.

So It looks like if I want to get consistent work with enough hours I'm going to have to do my level 3 first. That'll take up my time 9am-4pm Mon-Fri from September for a year.

If I do that I can no longer meet the criteria to get Universal Credit so I will lose my income. I *might* be able to get student finance but because it isn't a degree that's significantly less than what I'm getting now which I'm already struggling to cover my expenses.

I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. This system is broken.

I very much remember inventing adventures like that as a child and I still kind of do when I RP. I'm a curious person, I want to know what's going on and how things work. I'm also very sceptical. The thing(s) you never leave the house without: My phone, a sketchpad, a pencilcase, my keys, and headphones. Thoughts on the existence of ghosts: Possible, no way to really prove anything except for potentially anecdotes though. I'd have to experience something personally to really believe, but I'm open to the idea. I think it's kind of comforting. Longest you've had your hair: All the way down my back. What do y'all think of tagging games? Like, where there is a list of prompts to fill out and you tag a certain number of people to fill it out after you've done so. I know that they used to be more popular on Tumblr, and there's a similar thing on Pillowfort called blanket boxes, but you choose to fill out the prompts rather than being tagged. I thought it might be interesting to start something like that here because it seems like an era of ask memes right now and this feels similar to that.

I'd be up for that! I'd like to add that I think it'd be a good idea to set a standard of linking the post you were tagged in rather than just naming the user that tagged you. Makes it easier to trace back the tagging game.

So my interview got cancelled. Indeed fucked me over because a form I was meant to get and fill out didn't come in and so I couldn't get it back in time. I work my ass off around another interview trying to get it submitted before my interview and then after I do I get an email saying they've already filled the position and my interview is cancelled. An hour before my interview was supposed to happen. I'm frustrated and emotionally exhausted.

So I have 3 separate interviews next tuesday.

Really hoping atleast one of these will go somewhere. Finances are tight and just getting tighter. I have work tomorrow morning but after that I think I'm going to stream. I'm getting closer to finishing that print and once I can get that out there it'll make a huge difference. After that I'm gonna do some designs for pride.

Baby shark. Fucking Baby shark. I work childcare do you have any idea how much that song is drilled into my frontal lobe??? The mere mention of it has me wanting a lobotomy. My feelings are visceral about this one.

A mix of all 3. I used to watch a lot of AMVs on youtube and I'd latch onto a song in one and look it up. then listen to the rest. A lot of the stuff I tended towards related back to the stuff I'd hear my parents listening to though. Dad listens to a lot of death metal and mum would usually have MCR playing.

I flit a lot between different bands if I'm honest. The two bands I seem to go back to the most though are My Chemical Romance and Three Days Grace.

Oh no! by Marina and the Diamonds. There's maybe or two other songs of there's that I like on and off but this is the only one that's consistent.

Gonna delve into video game music for this one and say this remix by NoteBlock on youtube of Mr L's theme from Super Paper Mario. I adore this game and this is a really cool take on the theme for my favourite boss.

14) what song is the best for driving down a deserted highway at 3 am while mysterious things stare at you from the trees?

I've got 2 picks for this one. Moon Trance by Lindsey Stirling. I'm a sucker for her music and this manages to be really high energy and still slow down for that eerie feeling at points. Will make you feel like the hero of the story triumphing over the creatures of the night. Second pick is Painted Smile by Madame Macabre The lyrics for this one very much say "I am a serial killer and I'm going to come for you" in a very gleeful tone. Perfect for driving at 3am clearly.
